INDIVIDUAL PLACEMENTS

An individual placement is one qualified person working in a company with the assistance of a VIP, Inc. job coach. The job coach provides intensive on-the-job training for the individual and support for the employer to ensure mutual success.

GROUP PLACEMENTS

A group placement is comprised of a minimum of three individuals with a full-time permanent working supervisor for the duration of employment. We specialize in providing quality labor for warehouses and fulfillment/distribution centers.

LANDSCAPING AND JANITORIAL CREWS

VIP’s landscaping and janitorial solutions are custom and cost-effective. VIP’s landscape and janitorial services will contribute to the public appeal and value of your business.

Packaging and Assembly Services

Warehousing Services to help your business thrive. VIP offers 100,000 square feet of warehouse space to assemble and package your product. Services include hand assembly, repack/rework, gift kits, and more! VIP can assemble your POP displays, pack out your finished product, and drop ship your completed displays to the end customer.
