Vocational Improvement Program, Inc. is a private nonprofit corporation dedicated to serving persons with disabilities with quality prevocational training, employment options, and support services. Through meaningful work opportunities, clients are able to gain valuable job skills and achieve personal growth and independence. Established in 1986, VIP has grown to assist more than 750 individuals with disabilities annually through the support of 200 dedicated staff and an exceptional Board of Directors. Serving a vast area, VIP offices are located in Rancho Cucamonga, Hesperia, and San Bernardino.

SOLUTIONS AT WORK

VIP, Inc. works with hundreds of business leaders throughout Southern California. VIP provides quality in-house packaging and assembly work as well as reliable on-site labor to fulfill employment demands in various industries. Total earnings of VIP’s clients in the past decade have exceeded $25 million! In addition to gaining employment experience and increasing self-esteem, VIP clients are significantly reducing social security benefits and dependency upon other public assistance; creating disposable income that is spent in their communities; and contributing thousands of dollars to the tax base! These facts demonstrate that VIP’s employment services work!
